FANNΞC products are sold through external marketplaces including Fab, the Unity Asset Store, and Superhive. When you purchase an asset through these platforms, the transaction is subject to that specific marketplace’s refund policy.

- If a refund is required due to a duplicate purchase or a platform-specific error, you must request it directly through the store where the transaction took place, as they handle the payment and distribution.

We will work to provide a fix or an updated version of the asset as soon as possible.
